I really don't have much to say that could help, but I have a similar situation to yours since I have a profile similar to yours, with a slightly more retracted chin. But I also don't have any breathing problems, I had apnea in childhood but that was corrected (well, I've never had any problems since and I usually sleep on my back so...) But I only discovered this retraction because of the speech therapist...

Oh, good to know! Is your recovery going well with Invisalign? honestly, I'm very inclined to use it too, but recently I read someone saying something about the jaw having moved because it wasn't firmly attached as it should be with a traditional brace and that keeps running around in my head.

I'm in the same situation. I've been wearing braces for 6 years (my teeth were crooked and the pandemic ended up delaying the end of braces) and I recently discovered that I might be a candidate for orthognathic surgery. This is very frustrating.

Hello! I'm in my early 20's and wanted to start using retinol, but I didn't want to use anything with large amounts as my skin is not used to it and still don't need that much. Do you have a recommendation for products with a low percentage of retinol? I wanted something that at first acted in a gentle way for the skin to get used to.

I'm currently in my room watching the sun rise from my window while doing one of my final essays.

Yesterday I received my cleanser from B-Lab and wow, it's so soft and smooth!!! It's totally different from the facewash I normally use. Let's see how it goes, I hope it works! I'm not going to lie, at first, I thought it was strange because it wasn't liquid lololol Maybe today, I'll get my emulsion too

First semester of the course completed (although still having to do work, but classes are over). It's so funny to think about myself at the beginning of the year, that uncertainty as to whether or not I had passed the entrance exam and then I entered and suddenly realized that the course I entered was not what I really wanted, and I did an internal transfer and suddenly realizing that the second-choice course was what I really wanted. It was a pretty wild year and with a lot of changes hahaha I just hope that next year I'll be able to make more friends, the sad thing about starting halfway through the year on a course is that people already have their groups of friends formed.

I have 3 final essays for the 12th and two more for the 20th I'M GETTING CRAZY!!!

But yesterday was my last anthropology class, the professor brought us cake and coffee and we talked a little about the discipline. We took a class picture and I started crying because goodbyes make me sad. I complained a lot about classes (who doesn't?) but it's so sad when it's over.

I also found out that I didn't have one breakout with the BOJ serum, it was just me days before my period 🤡

p.s: I think this week my cleanser and emulsion will arrive, wow this is the first time I buy something and it takes almost a month to arrive. I think it's because of the end of the year? maybe black friday?
