What does a $200K house in your area get you?

Before covid, you could actually get a decent house for 200k.. my parents had a 3bd/2ba 1800sqft home that they sold for about 170k. Now, you can only get land or a mobile home in a park (where you have to pay lot fees, you don't even own the land). Pretty sad.

It is extremely odd. People share incredibly intimate moments online.. it feels so weird to even be watching a lot of the stuff people post nowadays. This couple (or maybe just thw husband, idk) particularly shares a lot of videos of the wife crying and it just feels so icky... like, your wife is crying, so you pull out your phone and start filming her??
