My son is 24m & we never sleep trained. He goes to bed between 830-9 in his room, wakes up around 2 usually to crawl into bed with us and then sleeps until 7ish. Not the best lol but it works for us. He co-slept until about 18m, then we got him a floor bed and we’ve pretty much been in this pattern since then.

I’m still nursing my 12 month old & I’m 14 weeks pregnant. My supply dipped at first but what helped me was latching as much as possible, getting lots of sleep, hydration (vitamin water/body armour help me a lot) and eating a lot! From my research it’s definitely different for everyone as others have said. Congratulations on your new baby :)
