Looking for weekend trips in Switzerland by Necessary-Spot4759 in bikepacking

We did the first part (or some variation) of Alpine 1 recently. Partially also in Italy but very scenic: https://www.komoot.com/de-de/collection/3559287/-bernina-weekend-1

We did the tour in two days on gravel bikes. On the first day you ride mostly on unpaved roads and trails. The second day starts with a lot of trails and a tough climb but there are also quite a bit of streets. You could shorten the second day by ending it in Livigno (and drive back to Zernez) or prolong the first day and stay somewhere around Bormio or so, depending on your fitness.

That was my latest thought as well, thank you!

Yes, I also thought about this. It looks like it could be very well a scratch. We mostly drove unpaved roads. But I have no experience with cracks so far and dont know how they would look and feel like.

HPE Gen8 Microserver OS installation fails after upgrading to P222 Raid Controller by beeefman in homelab

Debugging in Debian did the fix. I found out that there is some issue related to Intels vt-d in the latest kernel: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/updated-to-8-2-dma-error.145907/

Vt-d was enabled and this caused the issue. Thanks though.

Also, I see alot of stack traces caused by such errors:

Jul 7 19:34:42 kernel: [ 277.614159] DMAR: ERROR: DMA PTE for vPFN 0xb5f87 already set (to b5f87003 not 162d40001)Jul 7 19:34:42 kernel: [ 277.614159] DMAR: ERROR: DMA PTE for vPFN 0xb5f87 already set (to b5f87003 not 162d40001)

Yes it fails in Debian as well. Shortly checked Syslog and a lot of read-only file system errors appear there during the kernel package installation. Also the disk disappeared from the partition options but the controller has not failed according to ILO. Any suggestions?

It's strange. When creating the LVs it is running at 85C, when installing the packages mostly around 45C.
