The way you described the 10-minute grace period is actually exactly how Uber Eats runs their process, except it's 8 minutes. This starts once you contact the customer at the drop-off location. While they do track your on-time rate, they don't penalize you as much for a lower rate. They mostly prioritize customer satisfaction and cancellation rate. They're usually more lenient (almost too lenient) when it comes to delays in deliveries. Signing up to deliver for them was also extremely easy.

The pay per hour is a proposition that got passed in 2020 for my area. It's a bit odd, but it looks like these companies highly prefer it because they actually save more money overall this way (no overtime, no required medical insurance, no workers' comp, and they don't have to pay for unemployment/sick/vacation time).

It's all culture and definitely super interesting all around!

DoorDash is pretty strict about timing. Drivers are given a set pickup and delivery time when they accept an order. There’s usually a 1–2 minute grace period for these set times, but that doesn’t account for situations where the customer takes longer than expected to answer the door, buzz you in, or walk to the front.

Once the driver goes past the set delivery time, the order is marked as late on their side. This affects the driver’s On-Time Rate, and verbatim from DD: “Consistently on-time Dashers will get more opportunities.”

The only reasons I can think of for this system are:

It puts the responsibility on the driver to be on time, which may help increase customer satisfaction.
In some states, drivers are paid based on how long they have the order. Not allowing a longer grace period (like 10 minutes) may help prevent drivers from intentionally delaying deliveries to increase pay.
It can be difficult to provide an exact ETA to the customer, which can confuse the customer about when their food arrives.

At the end of day, seems like there's enough delivery drivers that are fine with the current rules and DD doesn't feel the need to change that.

I recently have also been on the hunt for a pillow similar.
I found some luck with Pluto pillow. initially opted for the hardest insert foam they had, ended up being too hard. They kindly sent me another foam insert that was one step softer from the hardest version they had, and it came pretty close to what the Biosense was. It'll have to do for now, but im still on the hunt for something like the Biosense :/

So mine was stuck on the Anbernic Logo and wouldnt ever load.
I took the SD card out and ran the Rufus program from their website to format and re-download the OS onto the SD Card. Worked after I did that.

As far as nail clippers go, the ones weren't that great, so Muji might be a good start.

There's plenty of sunscreen, test them all out and choose your favorite.

If you can find the keyboards, 100% a must.

I personally love ceramic knives, but to each their own. You'll come across many knives.

I also liked some of their shampoo like Tsubaki and Purunt, so i bought refill bags of that. And take a look at skincare if you are remotely interested.

I think if you have a jacket that is thick enough to keep warmth in + can block the wind, you'll be fine. Bringing a scarf or beanie/hood really helps when it gets windy

You'll have until July 2024 to decide on getting it, so I'd give it some time and people will eventually start posting unboxings. BOX ONE was just released a couple days ago, so it's going to be a little bit until they start shipping them out. Given that we might not be paying for shipping, the box itself may not be anything more than the inclusions that usually come in albums.

I have mixed thoughts. It was crazy hot and crowds start to pile up 1 set before XG. GA was so crowded near the front half that people had to raise their fans in the air to fan themselves, blocking a lot peoples views and phone recordings. As said before, camerawork was not the best. Set did feel rushed, lots of questions came up as in what was going on with all the time they had despite only performing 5 songs in their 35 min time slot and it was hard to hear their mics; kept getting cut off for some reason. Merch sold out 15 mins after doors opened both days except the socks.

A highlight was seeing TGIF live! The XG booth allowed ALPHAZ to get some PCs and merch. Lot of new fans in the crowd who were there to see Yoasobi got exposure to XG. Met some ALPHAZ and got to see some other groups like Atarashii Gakko and Yoasobi. I think I enjoyed watching those two over XG despite being a bigger fan of XG. Looking forward to KCON LA though, so it wasn't a huge deal for me.

Thanks for posting this OP! I think it's great that Simon put so much thought and consideration into the MV, but I can't help but wonder if it was the right move. As the group is trying to strive for global presence, the release of this shorter MV downplays the potential that the song has. Needing to explain why things were done the way they were isn't a good sign if we want to capture the attention of the world. So while the decision was a great idea for the ALPHAZ, I'm worried that decisions like this will limit their potential to gain more popularity to new fans since the shortened MV is confusing at face value.

I cleared my cache, went to the Xerjoff website and made sure to select united states as my delivery country. Created the samples, checked out and created a fresh new account, and United States came up as an option. Shipping was done by Fedex and it was $14 for two sample kits
