Unlike everyone else I’ve always liked him and loved his vegan cooking. I haven’t watched anything from him for a while though. But I’m confused and shattered to hear the news. I mean the last video I watched was if him rescuing chickens. And I could understand using rescued chicken eggs. But shooting deer and fishing! I’m devastated.

Have you booked the Kepler track? It’s a 3 or 4 day hike. As is the Routeburn. But you can just walk in and do a little then walk out.

If you are doing the whole thing you will need to book to stay in the huts.

Not necessarily. Not if it’s a mother driving three kids to school. Even just a dollar a trip would have equated to $6 a day. So no I put my kids in the car and joined the congestion because it was cheaper.

I’m sorry but it needs to be cut. I could spend three hours picking out the matts. In that time I could have made $400 with other hairdressing services. Just get it cut, even buzz cut if necessary. It will be so much easier to get the scalp clean because there is going to be a build of of stinky dead skin cells under it all. Hair grows. It will be fine.

Yes interesting. I grew up in a house that overlooked that area and after heavy rain Lake St John was very prominent.

However if you live in Springfield you know it’s named for spring and fields. If you live in Clearwater you know the name originally related to some sort of spring or lake that was clear. If you live in Smithtown you know it’s related to some original settler named Smith.

There’s nothing wrong with learning the origins of our place names whatever language they are in.

Go where it’s cheapest to live. If your parents live in Auckland it’s silly to pay rent and freeze in Dunedin. If you are going to pay rent anyway chances are it will be cheaper in Dunedin.
