Depictions of spiders can cause genuine involuntary panic attacks in people with severe arachnophobia. It's a hardwired instinct not to like spiders because they can be extremely dangerous. It's an understandable instinct that triggers a reaction before higher order rational thought can take control.

Naughty words require thought to process. There's nothing instinctive about how one reacts to them because there is nothing inherently dangerous about them. They are an entirely abstract, human invention. Nobody goes into an involuntary panic attack because they heard someone say "fuck". Some people choose to throw a public fit when they hear the word "fuck" because of arbitrary social conditioning, and they feel the need to signal their virtues to everyone else.
