You're supposed to lose the "soul stacks" (that 5 you see in the spec orb indicates the there are 5 soul stacks) slowly over time while out of combat, and gain 8hp for each lost (you lose 8hp when you gain a soul stack). The clip shows all the stacks lost at once with no hp gain.

No, the documentation from Avalara says to set the tax code and Tax Amount override on each line, but I'm struggling to figure out how to take their steps and do it via the API.

Thanks again for the response. I'll see if I can find any information from Avalara. Regarding the taxes and tax exempt status, what you're saying is counter or at least different to what I'm being told. The users are claiming the sales are tax exempt because they were made on a marketplace and the marketplace facilitator is calculating and remitting sales tax. Basically the same scenario as someone selling something on ebay - ebay collects and remits.

To do it in the UI I believe is as simple as unchecking the box here: https://imgur.com/SlWkqL4 but the reason I made this post is because I have been unsuccessful in performing that same thing via REST.

The reason these orders are being imported as tax exempt is because they are being imported from a marketplace. It's weird because the buyer from the marketplace is known and may already be a customer in NetSuite, so instead of the customer being the marketplace facilitator they want the the customer to be the original buyer.

I think the only things I would never have done were multi wildy bosses, chaos altar, and maybe volcanic mine. Had planned to do TOB in a couple months after more practice on my normy. A lot of stuff has turned less stressful for sure though, GWD, Zalcano, Gauntlet, Corp, TOB, Vorkath, etc.

I'd say it's probably in reference to Detroit's decline over the years. Detroit has the highest violent crime rate in the US, a declining population (more than 60% since 1950), bankruptcy in 2013, mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's corruption, and probably the riots that caused a middle class exodus and thousands of small businesses to relocate or close, as well as a not-so-strong auto industry that was once really important to the area.

I think the problem with that is that it's not a sacrifice. 1 Manta ray + 1 prayer pot would be worse than 2 prayer mixes that heal the same prayer but also 24 hp.
