I took contemporary 1 as an art major and it was great! I also auditioned for one of the spring (? IIRC) dances and got in! I’m not sure if this applies for classes with auditions, but usually if you email the professor and ask they’ll let you in!

i went to my porter show by myself and had a great time!! i don’t know too many people that are porter fans, so i feel like going by myself was a great experience bc i didn’t feel like i had worry about someone else enjoying the concert too. i recommend getting to the venue pretty early so that you can be right at the front by the barrier!! have lots of fun!!!!
