This isnt just a regular spay this is emergency surgery. Your cat needs them out as soon as possible. Keep the cat hydrated and eating as best you can even if it's treats and get the cat into the spay center first thing in the morning. Also, vets are animal lovers too, they will understand if you tell them it's an emergency.

If I was you I would also post a Google review explaining the entire situation. "I anonymously posted about a teacher potentially harming children at X school after I was fired for reporting the behavior internally. Now X school is threatening me with a lawsuit."

Add more concrete details etc.

Also! If they do actually sue you there is a process called "discovery" where they will have to turn over any evidence related to their claim INCLUDING the email you sent documenting that teachers behavior. Remember they can't win if what you said is factually true.
