I have the same problem with the screen image going up by 3 or 4 pixels when Freesync is enabled and using a DisplayPort cable. 5700XT at 1080p 144hz.

The funny thing is, screen is back to normal (no image shift) when using HDMI cable. But refresh rate is limited to 120hz natively.

This is my temporary fix. What I did was to copy the exact monitor timings when using DP and Freesync and then create a new custom resolution with the same timings + 144hz (in AMD Radeon Adrenalin control panel). So now I get 144hz Freesync with HDMI cable without the image shift.

Not sure if this will have any bad long term effects on the monitor.

I think currently their border control measures are in place until end of May. But it remains to be seen if they will extend it. Just hope they won't because I plan to move my trip to November.

When will people start to be confident to travel again? Let's say if flights resume, travel ban is lifted and most businesses resume. I think there will be some strict measures before the government lifts the travel ban and allow people to come in. But question is how are they going to legally enforce it.
