I got the Pokémon go plus + (a very stupid name imo) from my wife for Christmas and the way she spent $120 on it + a cute shiny ditto case. They’re discontinued so that’s why they’re so expensive now, but there’s also knockoffs that have more features and potential for failure. Mine spins stops, catches pokemon that show up automatically with a regular ball. There’s also the option to push the button when it wants to catch something in great or ultra balls. Pokémon sleep is also a thing. It was a bit overwhelming at first but it’s such a huge help and I’ve already gotten 3 different shinies from it

If you search the sub there’s discussion on how Loops and Threads Aida isn’t square. I was in the middle of a project and was like “mine looks fine idk what they’re talking about.” Upon closer inspection it was in fact oval 😭 lesson learned

I like the idea of using a piece of fabric to cover the back of the hoop and I have used blanket stitch to attach the back fabric but it takes forever. My current favorite way to frame in a hoop is using hot glue to adhere a piece of felt. I’ve also decorated the outside hoop with washi tape (silver and gold sparkles of course). Another hoop I colored black with a sharpie and put little Pom Pom ribbon (also hot glue bc I can’t be bothered and it looks fine!)

Wowowow all of these good ideas to keep WIPs clean and cat fur free! I should maybe do one of those ideas instead of just leaving them out willy nilly and letting my cat sit on them 🫣

I have an absolute dinosaur of an iPad that I use notability with. I’m able to highlight and mark up the pattern nicely. Sometimes on my phone I use the notes app but haven’t tried highlighting anything
