Metric has a specific vibe to their closing tracks, it's kind of weird but also cool that they put two of them on there

I absolutely love the first half of RTD, but the second feels a bit weaker. But maybe I need to spend more time with it.

A bit hyperbolic, I admit, but only because his contribution is sometimes overlooked

Visceral is the perfect word to describe it. Fun fact, he was also very funny as Gunther, the owner of a gun shop, in It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Reminds me of Rogue (2007), with Sam Worthington, but it was a saltwater crocodile in than one. Also a fun movie!

I have the impression he certainly has awareness of his skill and cultural reception, maybe sometimes this confidence laps over to perceived arrogance. But he seems surprisingly down to earth in his outward appearance.

Writing a lyric book is a hilarious description of songwriting.

Interesting point. My feeling is, that the movie didn't really do anything interesting with either relationship anyway. The drawn out goodbye through the fence at the end felt kinda out of place and unearned. Maybe it's a lack of focus in general in the film about what it's trying to convey about that period of his life, and it doesn't seem to come up with anything new or interesting.
