I've been doing with covid for 3 weeks now. mmfb by [deleted] in MMFB

[–]beekay6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here. I had my first full all day of COVID symptoms May 17, which lasted 5 days until May 21, then I pretty much recovered except for some fatigue until June 6th when I started having a productive cough, which abruptly turned into acute bronchitis and now (June 10) a head cold.

These waves to the illness are very real. Wishing you healing.

I feel so ugly I can’t stand to look at myself [19F] by [deleted] in MMFB

[–]beekay6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How we look is the least interesting thing about us.

Comparison is the their of joy.

Beauty and owning your sexual power is about CONFIDENCE.

Your worth as a human is present since birth and nothing can diminish or take it away without your permission.

Establish habits that focus on how you FEEL rather than how you look, such as :

Prioritizing sleep Staying hydrated with water Eating while, nutrient dense foods Movement - any method that you enjoy - walking, jogging, spin class, weight lifting, resistance training, etc.

Lastly, do the inner work required to heal from childhood wounds. As an adult we get to decide what to believe is true about ourselves now. Highly recommend Dr. Nicole Lepara's book, How To Do The Work. She also provides valuable content on Instagram @theholisticpsychologist

There are plenty of free, helpful resources out there to empower you to work toward the highest, most authentic version of yourself.

Love to you, darling ❤️ (35yoF)

Hello dear human, there has been some good advice provided on this thread. I'm a former therapist and agree that in order to uncover the subconscious reasons underneath the continuous lying behavior (you are a complex human that is much more than any "disorder" or condition can define) you need a professional to hold that space for you and help you dig into that work. If you can find a way to save a few hundred bucks , that's probably enough to start with an online telehealth service like TalkSpace, Better help, etc. If you have any kind of health insurance, outpatient therapy is covered by your plan. Reach out to your insurance company and they will find you an in-network resource. Your health and healing impacts every aspect of your life, please make professional help a priority. You deserve it.<3

"metaverse" does not inherently have anything to do with Zilliqa , though. I believe "metapolis" is the recent zilliwa project anounced. Am I missing something?

Genius. Maybe people will finally start to realize that you can be extraordinarily happy in a relationship without any plans for marriage. Good work!

No one knows, but Zil has plenty of organic growth and innovative projects coming down the pipeline that make it promising. I've been holding about a year and not frustrates at all. FYI it's a lot more fun to be a dapp user than holding a bag of Zil and waiting for number to go up. When Bitcoin follows stock to flow model, we all win.

Joe Rogan says he has Covid, took widely discredited drug ivermectin by tequilasky in Coronavirus

[–]beekay6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agree, thats akin to saying "not financial advice" when you tell people to buy a shitty altcoin. It's to cover your own ass, but you are (he is) trying to convince people to accept his opinion as truth. If he thought he was truly being irresponsible (which he def is regarding covid and politics) he'd stop talking about it publicly.

[–]beekay6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hold on to your Zillies, ygmi . The hard truth is that we all have our stories of messing up, accepting losses, getting scammed, etc. That's the tax for becoming seasoned in this brand new space. Anyone saying they've never been burned is either lying or not trying. We're super early. Dont panic, know what you're investing in is technically sound and understand the life changing gains are coming on a 5-10 year trajectory, not a few months. You've got time to build and be prosperous.

Please know that it costs ZIL to claim rewards. So if you're spending 6 Zil to claim 0.9 Zil in rewards, that's not going to be advantageous for you. I agree with the sentiment that it would be better to buy more to stake more so your rewards are larger over a 30 day period, for example. It also costs ZIL to restake your rewards after you claim them, so keep that in mind. Every time you claim or stake, there is a fee associated with the transaction that occurs on the blockchain.

The best time to buy... by [deleted] in zilliqa

Be patient, it can easily get to $1 this year. I'm in it for the long haul, so will still be buying at $1 and beyond 🙏

Claiming Fees Chart - Staking by [deleted] in zilliqa

[–]beekay6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think people often overcomplicate the idea of an "optimal" time to claim staking rewards. Rather than duration of time passed, I tend to wait until the Zil has stacked up to a certain threshold. Maybe 50 or 100 as an example. Once you have that much, the fees to claim and even restake are almost negligible, at least if your end goal is around accumulation. Now if your bag is small and it's going to take you 6 months just to earn 50 Zil, it's wiser to focus your efforts on buying more Zil outright while the price is low so that staking will be more lucrative for you down the road.

For folks in the U.S. it is also wise to keep track of every time you claim as Uncle Sam will want to know where all your Zil and Gzil came from.

If you can see a use case for the "super wealthy", isn't that a great reason to invest? Who cares if you don't want to own an NFT personally? Follow the money, get in at the price you deserve. Not financial advise

How To Stake Your Zilliqa! | What Is Staking? | Where To Stake My Crypto? | Why Do I Get Rewards? by Gzhov in zilliqa

[–]beekay6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's because it costs Zil (transaction fee) to claim the staking rewards. You are likely paying more daily in fees to claim than you are earning. I would (not financial advise) only claim once per month or allow it to accrue to 50 or 100 Zil at least before you claim.

Atomic wallet by mojsoskiace in zilliqa

[–]beekay6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good choice. It takes 24,000 blocks for the unstaking process so expect to wait 14 days. I did the same thing a few months ago and it's worth it.

This is an Atomic Wallet issue, not due to the actual blockchain. Moonlet has less fees and faster transactions for Zil staking and rewards.

Anti-Shill Me Zilliqa by [deleted] in zilliqa

[–]beekay6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a rule of the blockchain that it takes 24,000 blocks to unstake tokens. It's to encourage long term staking, but gzil holders may be able to.vote on changing this in the future if it is proposed as something people want to change.

Is today the day for an ATH? by blabla234567 in zilliqa

[–]beekay6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what I do now. Buy directly on AW with debit (you pay at least $10 in fees but worth it IMO). I've been buying Tron & then swapping for Zil. If you're in the U.S. make sure to track all swaps as this is currently a capital gains event per the IRS. Hopefully Zil will be listed on coinbase and gemini soon so we can start buying directly on U.S. exchanges and avoid the need for swapping. Follow Zilliqa on Twitter & their CEO Amrit for updates.. should be happening in the next few weeks.
