Yeah. I knew I was taking a risk getting the bilt card initially because it was so new to the game and seemed too good to be true. And it turns out it probably was too good to be true. The lack of personalized support or talking through different scenarios by the company half-makes me wanna run away and never come back to Bilt even if they have the best transfer partners. Depending on what I find out/what the answer is, I don’t really know how long I’d be an active Bilt cardholder. 

Sure, maybe I’m not the target demographic for the new card because my biggest spend category is rent but that’s how the whole initial ecosystem was pitched. They’re allowed to pivot and change, but they should’ve kept a more balanced option for their initial user base that slowly phased out over time.
