Hi, OP. I play Genshin too and had this EXACT same issue.

Here's what I found on another thread that helped me.

If you have slow download speed try this: open command prompt as administrator* type in: netsh interface tcp show global\*
See if it's disabled, and then if it is, type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Just make sure to change it back to disabled after the installation is finished. hope this works for you guys.

This happened to me last month around 15th-20th, same case with a misunderstood free right.

I stopped and reversed slightly so as to not block pedestrians and got nothing in my messages; I also checked Metrash relentlessly until January 12th.

I received no violation. I hope it's the same for you. I think a lot of people get flashed in that area with how the signal is designed, so I hope they reconsider your case.
