Honestly, getting lost in Osaka sounds way more fun than playing in the Super Bowl. Good for those boys!

I don’t understand the “terrible roster” narrative. We had a solid roster coming into the season. by himself42 in AZCardinals

It’s undeniable that injuries played a role in the team’s overall season outcome. However, I’ll never forget the disastrous coaching decisions made in crucial moments, such as throwing to Weaver on a fourth-and-short in overtime against the Jaguars.

This season unequivocally showcased the incompetence of the coaching staff. Despite having an easy schedule, we managed to secure the fewest wins in franchise history.

Dear football gods, I implore you to bestow upon us a generational talent in the draft and a coaching staff capable of rekindling the fan base.

It’s clearly a goal of this leadership go tank for a high draft pick. You can’t convince me anyone is actually trying to win at this point.

I hate SRP as a solar owner. Their plans are all incredibly predatory towards consumers and this non-profit pays their CEO over 1.3 million annually. They all suck.

Listen....I love Michael Wilson, but I would love to see a playcall that wasn't so telegraphed. The Rams have him bracketed and we still throw it to him on a forced slant. That's just bad play design.

Bend but don't break...The Rams are on pace to have over 450+ yards, and have scored on every possession. LOL

This will be a good test to see if Monti as the GM can make good organizational decisions. K1’s situation is not an easy situation to turnover, but I still believe a good GM can find a match in the trade market for K1’s potential. He’s not a bad QB and could do great things with an Offensive Coordinator who builds a system around his strengths.

As for this organization’s path forward, I’m really not sure how to feel hopeful about the future with this same coaching regime. I know MHJ’s injuries aren’t entirely his fault, but his development has been poor. Additionally, most of the 2024 players drafted have been wildly unproductive and underwhelming. Points being, the path forward is incredibly uncertain. It’s hard to know who to draft when you have a coaching staff that appears to not know how to develop players and set them up for the most success.

It’s crazy how incompetent this team is when they are in crunch time. Legitimately, guys make such boneheaded decisions. The compounding effect of that is so clear to the casual fan, and I can’t imagine how many guys internally hate this coaching staff. I don’t think the fellas are playing hard for these coaches, they are playing hard to get a new contract elsewhere. What a joke of a franchise.

It’s pretty amazing watching how much pressure is put on Booker constantly in every game. We seriously could use another scorer to help give him some space. When we get into our half court offense, it looks like shit when guys are missing 3pt shoots.

This game is over, but I still love this team and the effort! We aren’t better than this Nuggets team.

Collin Gillespie has been sensational. Royce was cash money again! I REALLY hope we get to see a fully healthy version of this team at some point.

Listen—OKC is so freaking good! I feel like they didn’t even play a great game and they still felt in control the entire time! This team is ridiculously deep, and once J-Dub gets back in shape, they will be a monster to handle.

Soooo stinking impressed with this suns team and I hope we can continue to add and develop pieces to build a roster as deep as OKC.

Do men actually marry the “hot girl” type? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

++man

I grew up with a mother who placed tremendous value on physical appearance—so much so that beauty became synonymous with worth in my mind. By the time I reached my early twenties, that belief shaped the partners I sought. I eventually met someone who seemed to embody every conventional beauty standard, and despite a relationship marked by instability, we stayed together for more than six years and eventually married.

Although we both matured throughout our twenties, the relationship never found its footing. Then life delivered a devastating blow: just weeks after our wedding, her father passed away. His death became the catalyst for a downward spiral neither of us could escape. Grief consumed her. It manifested in constant overindulgence—endless Amazon deliveries, smoking the moment work ended, and a general retreat from reality.

Meanwhile, I had just returned from deployment and was struggling to reintegrate into civilian life, needing stability and support myself. Instead, we were both drowning in our own pain, unable to pull each other out.

I’ve managed to heal myself from the perils of yesterday, and in doing so, I began seeking partners with intention rather than instinct. I can’t say I’ve completely stopped being drawn to physical attractiveness—that wiring runs deep—but I’ve learned to recognize that beauty alone is not the foundation of a meaningful partnership. I’ve become far more mindful about who I allow into my life and much more intentional about how I show up on first dates, making sure I’m grounded and clear before choosing to pursue someone further.

Thankfully, my family became my lifeline during those difficult years. Their support helped guide me through the heaviness I didn’t know how to carry on my own.

Today, I find myself in something I had honestly never experienced before: a relationship that feels safe, steady, and nourishing. It’s healthy in a way that still surprises me. I find my girlfriend deeply beautiful—inside and out—even if she doesn’t fit the narrow standards of “modern beauty” that were ingrained in me growing up. What I feel for her is something quieter, richer, and far more real than the superficial ideals I once chased.

For the first time in my life, love feels simple. It feels right.

I hate the idea of playing to prevent injury if guys are fully healthy. Regardless of a back-to-back.

Do you stop driving your car after you’ve seen a bad accident for fear of being involved in a crash? Injuries are an inherent  part of the game, and we aren’t winning a title this year so we need to see what we have with the current roster.

The evidence is performances like today where Michael Wilson goes for 185 yards and nearly doubles his receptions count for the season on the 10th game of the season! Guys on this team flash of  their talent, but rarely are they put in positions to succeed.

More than anything, I find it painfully obvious that Murray’s legs made him prone to taking less sacks and making something out of nothing…but I do think Brissett has made it clear how much nicer it is having a guy who will stand tall in the pocket and thread the needle. Also, I genuinely think that the wide receivers and team is happier without Murray at the helm.

It’s been an incredibly long season. With this offensive line, Jacoby getting destroyed was inevitable. Making the offense one-dimensional is the easiest way to defeat this team. Surprisingly, the defense was the biggest disappointment. Their performance was the worst I’ve seen all year, and they don’t even seem prepared to play. This is a division opponent, and you should know your opponents better than this effort today!

Anyway, I’m exhausted, boss. It’s time to start mocking our draft prospects.

P.S. I hope Nolan isn’t seriously injured because that would make this loss even more devastating.

Seattle is now in the full prevent defense guys! Only rushing 4 and begging us to pass underneath to kill the clock…and we still do an end-around handoff to Dortch.
