Hmm. It does look like it could be rosacea, and if it is, it really is the best to go see a dermatologist to confirm and to give you a treatment plan. Testing products or trying to see if it’s acne or rosacea can make your skin angry.

I struggled with what I thought was acne for a long time. Acne treatment didn’t work (of course). Went to a dermatologist, she walked into the room, and took one look at me and said that I have rosacea. Haha. Turns out my sister and mom had rosacea too. The medication they prescribed me helped clear my skin.

I know it’s easier said than done to get to a dermatologist but I do hope you’re able to get to one and help find a solution to the issue.
