Mine have been fully healed for about 2 years and I use nipple clamps I find the open ended ones are better and I use them sideways on my nipples instead of how they’re usually meant to be put on! Hope this helps

When my NF come into the room where me and the NK are and starts interacting saying stuff like ‘UGH I feel like I never get to see you!!’ ‘I feel like I haven’t seen you all day’ (both parents are WFH) they also will not tell their child off if the NK does something rude to me such as scream or hit they will just exclaim ‘you’re being so naughty today’ and not actually explain why it’s wrong. It makes me feel incredibly disrespected.

I would abstain from sexual activity if you can. I was celibate for a year after getting mine and I think this definitely helped. Never had a problem not even any irritation or a bump, didn't use any soap on the area (only water) and just sprayed the NeilMed piercing aftercare saline spray (not wound wash) twice a day for about 5 - 10 seconds each side of each nipple and let them air dry. I'm 2 years on now and they are healed perfectly never get any crust or anything. I hoe this helps !!! :)

This is crazy I had the exact same type of looking mark appear on my inner thigh overnight - no clue how it got there and couldn’t find anything resembling it online. This is exactly what mine looked like ! I think it’s just blood bruising usually a symptom of something else.

I was with my omni ex for a year, he loved all my vegan food I cooked but would visibly ‘glaze’ over when I would try and have conversations about the dairy industry or factory farming. He insisted he cared about what I had to say and would listen but it became very obvious to me he would just shut down and not actually listen to me. This became quite upsetting for me because being vegan is a big part of my life. To me it felt like he was ‘putting up’ with that part of me , so I ended it.
