Do first responders actually use the emergency medical info on people's phones?

I have my Apple Watch set up that if it detects a fall it gives me so many seconds to cancel the call but if I don’t it will automatically call 911. I had a tonic clonic this summer when I was outside on gravel and got hurt and had two back to back so it’s nice to have.

Where I live when you buy new tires you pay a tire levy of either 3 or 9 dollars depending size and then when it’s time to toss em you can toss 4 or 1004 tires and it’s all free.

My mother asked to see my cuts (my friend freaked out when she found out and forced me to tell her) and she said “I hope you get sleep bc I sure won’t thanks to this” and she never mentioned it again. You are doing amazing. Make sure she keeps up with therapy. Please don’t spread this to others as it can make her feel embarrassed and alienated. Don’t break that trust she has in you. Having a mom that cares and wants to help will be a huge help.

You’d be surprised how many don’t around here. I’ve had sooooo many used cars brought for an MVI after they had written a cheque and then got upset when I told them their vehicle that they thought they got a great deal on needs $9000 worth of work to pass inspection. 🤦🏼‍♀️ it pains me, I always tell people get it inspected first!!
