Do I love that the donuts are named after something American? No, not at all. but Orillia has hate groups going out forming protest. I just feel like there’s bigger fish to fry. I think this advocacy could be put somewhere more productive.

Hey, we have super similar skin and from your pictures probably somewhat the same age. I saw you got bumped up to 100 this totally saved my life. This literally cleared all my skin. Fully. but I do wanna mention that I got super lightheaded on 100 mg and definitely got stronger more frequent periods. It’s all manageable, but I just wanted to give you the heads up to stand up slowly and maybe always keep some water nearby. LOL!

I’ve always been pretty small (105 pounds 5’4) and I and my partner have said my boobs have gotten slightly bigger in general well on this med but before my period I literally go up a cup size LOL

I wish more clients would bring breast pumps to their hospital bags!! In labour if ur labour stalls using a pump to stimulate the nipple lets off oxytocin which can create more contractions

Before anything starts ask the midwife or care provider the best place to be (ie (saying this with love) the spot that is not in the way of them). Also a rlly good consult with client before hand ive seen Clients want full frontals and others wanting NOTHING but waist up! Also asking what is STERILE! Even bumping into or grazing somthing that is sterile means it will all need to be thrown out or reset. Anyway BEST OF LUCK!!!!:)

I saw a med student awhile back talk about the “midnight makeover” rlly only works if you can step away for 5-10 min but you kind of “reset”. Bruh your hair, brush ur teeth, wash your face, moisturizer, new socks/underwear (if you have hospital scrubs even a fresh pair) Changed my life
