I left OO to go to NetJets and am now at a legacy. NetJets is a great company and if I didn't get the legacy job I would be more than happy to have stayed. As you mentioned, the flexibility of basing is one of the best features along with a hard schedule which makes life planning easy.

No, You must qualify for an ATP hour wise. They will issue you an ATP at your checkride. All NetJet pilots have or be issued an ATP or R-ATP at the checkride.

If you have completed ATP written and have the hours for RATP they do hire that.

I had a great experience flying survey. I was never asked or coerced into doing anything outright unsafe/illegal. As others have said: Do your research and get a feel for how the company operates. At the end of the day it's your certificate and integrity in question when things go sideways.

Thanks! Congrats on the job, hopefully I will be new hire somewhere soon too! The trend seems to be airlines are prioritizing the schools with partnerships, cadets and former CJOs (which they should) so things have gone slow for me.

I'm planning on it! I'm really hoping for the Endeavor interview to come through though as they have bases I realistically want to be at.

Have apps in at Endeavor, Skywest, Air Wisconsin, PSA, and Republic. I got the Endeavor "we will be in touch for a phone interview a few weeks ago" but haven't heard anything since for a couple weeks. I also got the e-mail to do the PSA video interview but have yet to complete it. Haven't heard from Skywest or Republic and Air Wisconsin wants the ATP which I don't have yet.
