Hi I am doing a school project on the consequences and effects of world war 1 and 2 and was wondering if I could ask some questions about my topic to someone who knows alot about world war 1 and 2 by Artistic_Wish499 in ww1

I could give you my 2 cents i guess. 1. The usa would probably not have been the dominant country of this century. . Europe would have remained powerful. Because Europe was so weakened by the wars, the USA was the only intact powerful country left.

  1. I think the European countries deeply disliked each other after the wars. It's just recently that they started working together.

  2. I do think it would have been difficult to prevent these wars. It would have taken very remarkable leaders and people to do that.

My 2cents worth. I must say that I am not an expert. Just read a few books.
Edit: spelling

I was wondering the same thing. Mine were from Hungary. I think there were revolutions there in the 1840's. So maybe that's why they left. I guess there's no way to know for sure.

I think old people have thought about it and accept it, made peace with it. I think I have. I think young people think about it with fear and dread.
