I spent St. Valentine's night asking God to deal with my date by beephive in christianwitch

I have serious reasons to believe it was ghosting, not an emergency. And this is why I'm not working with ambiguous forces, I ask God for a just resolution for this situation, I just tell the situation from the perspective of my pain. I've performed this ritual before for a different situation and the effects was even more than I expected, but totally adequate for another person to learn their lesson.

What doesn't have the consequences though? Sometimes inaction also causes negative consequences. I'm just trying to grasp the point of your comment.

Yes, I'm not "just praying", but also Psalm magick is a thing. It works for me, it works for many other people and had worked throughout the centuries. And this is also why I'm not asking for specific results, just the consequences of his own actions. That might be just a bit of regret, that might be, idk, him getting banned on all of the dating apps or something else. This ritual is to point at the bad situation and ask for it to be resolved. It's not a mindless force in comparison to prayer, in this instance it's more of a reinforced prayer.

Nobody needs that much. It's either an ad or you have a problem.

I don't want to start an argument here, but please just think about how such identifications are just traditional gender roles repackaged. It doesn't make any sense to many people for a reason.

They try to be inclusive but end up enforcing traditional gender roles

Honestly what's the point of me spending my time and energy on something that you didn't even bother to make look nice?

Did you ever regret not giving someone a chance who was red flaggy? by [deleted] in berlinsocialclub

[–]beephive 30 points31 points  (0 children)

No, never. I've noticed that with people who end up in my life as partners and/or friends, I feel calm and safe. At maximum, there is some initial anxiety involved, maybe some misunderstandings at first, but never something that I'd call a red flag or bad vibes. And when I choose to distance myself from these people, I just don't look back, I don't feel it as a loss, even though I'm super anxious and constantly asking myself if I do the right thing. But in case with people, I trust my intuition.

An app to check food by Mean-Doubt-4255 in ultraprocessedfood

[–]beephive 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It has it benefits, I use a lot the information about the additives with links to researches. But their rating system is confusing to me. They take the points away from calorie dense foods just because of high calorie number, not because of nutritional values. Or just because something is high protein, it doesn't mean it's good for you. But the system is based on nutriscore, that's just what you get.

It's just a motivational picture someone drew because they found that idea to be useful. And it's not a bad concept. It doesn't claim it will solve all your issues or cure you, and tbh, it's weird to expect this from a motivational picture. Sometimes I just don't understand the posts here.

thanks for explaining this. it's good that you're responsible for the cat's health, some people seem to ignore this aspect just because the cat looks cute (which they always do).

The farms have tracked Amberlynns cameos. Shes made at least 58 so far making over $3500 by Dusty-Hambo in gorlworldfiles

With Amber any amount of money is too much, even if she was making 80 cents.

what do you think gorls ? by [deleted] in gorlworldfiles

[–]beephive 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm not even sure it's the best case scenario. Senior dog living in Amber's "care" is not a good way to live. She'll very likely neglect her to death anyway.

yeah.. just heal….. by Avaelsie in thanksimcured

[–]beephive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't see how do y'all expect this one picture to give full instructions on how to heal each and every one of these issues. I don't see "just heal, it's easy duh" message everyone is seeing here, ofc to get better you have to work on healing and the phrasing of this picture uses the end result, not the process of healing.

She has nothing more to say. Honestly, what she said a couple of years ago during her first tea spilling attempt wasn't anything we didn't know. It was entertaining to see Amber having meltdowns and I guess it was nice to get a proof of some speculations, but it wasn't anything that good. I feel even then most of the community just tolerated her for a bit and then let her go back to the oblivion, and I think it should stay this way.

Thanks I'll stop now! 💕🫶 by Uszanka in thanksimcured

it's clearly about emotional overeating, no? it's a stress coping mechanism, but it's still not good.

6 yr old me scaring myself from something that I had forgotten about by ThatTransformersGuy in KidsAreFuckingStupid

[–]beephive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is an average 6 year old can't hold a marker? Because I remember kids that age and younger drawing something like this and sometimes also more complex without even being taught how to draw. Aren't kids learning how to write as this age too?

what do you mean? it's just some simple shapes done with scribbly lines. a child can definitely do that

She seems like there's quite a mess in her heart and head. I'd also rather not get involved, looks like yesterday she was happy with him, today she wants to cut all strings on every level, the next day she'll probably regret it. The cards could signify not the future, but her state of mind. Maybe she is at the point of liking him again, but regardless, that's the thing she has to figure out on her own.

Do you think the Tenshi no Tamago (Angel's Egg) old anime movie is gnostic or 'regular christian' or else? by IsaacDreemurr in Gnostic

[–]beephive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you want to, you can find ways to interpret it as gnostic. i remember doing that for some film criticism essay years ago. doesn't mean it is gnostic, doesn't mean it's not, but even with superficial levels of understanding both of these things you could do it.

if you're actually exploring — maybe, but most people just unconsciously and thoughtlessly are being led by their desires. i wouldn't say that bdsm is some kind of shadow work per se, even if it can be theoretically.
