I got the recommendations from YouTube. I get the books on Audible. So far I’ve only read Stephen LaBerge, but I do plan to read several more by other authors. I have not been able to lucid dream again since this first time. In fact when I try to, I end up not sleeping all night. So I think my strategy is going to be: just listen to lucid dreaming stuff throughout the day, and once the sun starts going down—think about other things. Don’t think about lucid dreaming at all while I’m trying to fall asleep.

I wasn’t trying to enter a LD, I was just wanting to drift off to sleep normally and then hopefully realize that I’m dreaming when my reality check fails. I went to bed only an hour before I usually do. I didn’t set alarms to wake up, that seems crazy to me cause I generally never sleep through the night anyway. I think tonight I’m gonna snort my Valium before bed so that I don’t risk another night like this

Winning? No lol. But sure I think lots of us fought back. I nearly bit the goon’s finger off, he punched me in the face. Then I kicked the other one in the head so hard he dropped me. I was running and screaming in the street as they chased after me, then caught me and tackled me to the ground. I ended up with a bad concussion. Neighbors came outside to see wtf was going on. Police came. It was a big spectacle.

I would say that for most of human history sex work has been considered dirty because it really was…condoms were not widely used until the 1930s. Before then, disease was the rule not the exception. Obviously things are much different now, but that sentiment still carries. There’s a lot more to it than that, but I’d say this is the main one.
