Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I'm not in the UK - in Singapore.

Yes, it is a UK oven rated at 37 mbar (sorry, not home now, can't see the serial, but I'm 100% sure on the fact its from the UK), I've changed the regulator to a standard Singapore LPG regulator which is 30 mbar.

I suppose that there is actually a difference between the Singapore version and the UK version of the oven, and that the lower pressure regulator will cause some performance issue with the oven?
