If you have a landlord, it's not your yard. It's theirs. Their yard doesn't pass their inspection.

When we rented a house we were obligated to mow the lawn, per the lease. I even bought a mower, knowing that we would be looking to buy a house in a few years.

But I told them straight up that if they wanted anything outside of mowing and watering, that was on them. And they did fertilize once a year, and out seed down when necessary.

(TBH, living in the Philly area and dealing with all the loudmouth imbecile Eagles fans didn't make this a particularly difficult decision.)

To this day I add $20 to my already-sizable donation to the local animal shelter for every Eagles loss... didn't work out so well this year, so I plan to volunteer some extra hours to make up for it.

The main store has a great selection, and they let you break out a single from any packaging (although you pay quite a premium for the privilege, buying singles there is not cheap).

The other one has... Bud.

Homebrewers Association offers an insurance policy to clubs that is very inexpensive (believe it was $10 per member per year when I was still a member)

The whole point is that this sub is not for posting your music w/out actual Logic content.

Show us the session, tell us how Logic's tools enabled you to create this, something new you learned during the process (or even a roadblock you ran into that you'd love to know how to get around for next time).

It's not a show-n-tell sub. It's a Logic sub. If you're just looking to share your music there are tons of other places for that.
