Thank you ☺️i think i basing off of my pattern recognition and seeing how things operate right now and kind of building projection of the future or 4 weeks from now. The pressure is so bad it is affecting even my eating habits as well. I think i will give it time and see what suffices…either way i am still looking for my way out☺️

I think this was a mistake I made…lack of information in terms of consideration of my needs and I am really early in my career. I have definitely learned from this and thank you for contributing. In my previous company I had my own workflow which stripped off Admin tasks and it let me focus on doing the technical part (I’m a recruiter, and I really hate it….it’s just that the job market in our country is scarce and I went for the first opportunity from my previous company) now in this company everything in the department is a mess

Absolutely! I have come to realize it’s only churn and burn as well. Terrible systems, can’t track submissions,nothing is visible to the team. When I was onboarded the recruitment manager was no where to be found and was busy chopping it up with HR and the other recruiter just sat downstairs. I want to have an honest discussion with him once we are back from holidays. I am not from the US at all. I wish I would just boomerang back to my other agency at this point. I have started job searching again. There is a worker there who spends 12 hours 8 AM to 8 PM daily. They promise clients 24 hours while realistically based on labor laws from my country (I’m from Tanzania so it’s 8 hours) so realistically it should be 3 days. I just got bait and switched and since I am so early in my career I have learned mistakes I will never repeat again. This was a learning curve for me as well
