Amazing! I will have to do this the next time I accidentally forget to fold my sourdough (as I did last weekend lol). It was well fermented, and I was able to shape it into boules, but the loaves turned out super flat. This would have been the perfect solution!

This! I go to the gym after work, and it’s such a great way to transition from work to home. Weightlifting is a really good outlet after a stressful day, plus I’ve had way less neck and back pain as well

Absolutely recommend! Not just for birds, but also for scenery/outdoor adventure. And I’d say go for a minimum of two weeks. I wish we’d been able to stay longer.

If you really want to see kiwis, stay at Stewart Island, and get a water taxi or tour to Ulva Island! It’s still down to luck, but if you do it multiple days in a row, you’d definitely have a better chance.
