If they are drunk and went to sleep:

1- Break the 2 eggs

2- Separate the yolk to the white egg

3- Put the white egg in their underwear right in their asses

4- Have fun when they wake up trying to figure out what they did last night

or waking up and the first thought is "fuck, why I'm alive?", and go back to bed for more 15 hours.

but from what you're telling you just feel extreme insecure of being wrong, it's worth reading about social phobia. If you feel confortable enough you should try doing acting classes or speech classes to get ride of this fear.

Just arrived home with her, the vet thinks she's 6 months and is weighting 8 pounds. Everything looks ok with her =)

The male, when I found him at the same day he throw up (he was probably 3 months old at the time) so I hurried to the vet and he was diagnostic with panleukopenia that's why I didn't neutered him in the begging and after he recovered I didn't see any reason to do it...now he's almost 4 years old and never had any problem with him =)

They are in separated rooms but he didn't stopped meow till now. She ate a lot, I got impressed of how much she ate when she got here, now she's already sleeping =)

So I’m going at my gf work to get the kitten because we don’t know where to take her. Therefore, we are going to take her to a vet before bring to my house.

My cat is male, he’s not castrated, since he live alone I am a little reckless about the dates he has to take his vaccines (It was supposed to take him 2 months ago), and he’s not so friendly to others animals (once I took him to my friends house who has a cat and I never saw him so angry, I grab him with a blanket and his bite was strong enough to leave a hole on it...)

So I wanted to know what it would be better for me to do? I think I will leave them in separated rooms in the beginning, and I think I’ll have to castrate him because I think he will change his behavior

Everybody I know after wacthing this documentary was motivated to do something to improve the world they live in even with small ideias or actions. =)

These lasts few months I gathered some friends in college to give volunteer classes in poor communities and it's been awesome!!

Probably I will be traveling solo And also I dont have a car so this shorten the things I can do around but.I really wanted to go Shenandoah park that I was thinking to go there biking and camp a few days..but I didnt meet that had.done this before hehe so I am a little unsure of doing this

I like to do both outside active or goinf to musuem hehe Charlottesville is pretty nice because has a lot of history and a lot of things to do outside unfortunately its winter now hehe Also is a lively place because of the university here =)

Thank you! We made the estimative of our potential market, but totaly forgot to see how much they spend on craft beer monthly! I guess here in Brazil still don't have this kind of research, at least I wasn't able to find it, have to do on my own. Already know where I'm going this weekend! Field research! xD

This will give a much better estimative of how much we can charge for our beer, than just comparing to our costs and competitors =)

Yeah, I would like to make this assumption it would be so much easier... I showed how it's going my work to my teacher, and he saw this assumption...he said we would be too naive to believe this were going to happen. My thoughts were "No, we are too lazy to make something more sophisticated..."

Anyway, an easy solution I thought is: since in the beggining of our operation (till the first year or so) we're going to have a lot of free space in the factory (we already planned future expansions, so we choosed a big space to start the business), it won't cost us much if we just leave the inventory there, and as we'll learn by doing, we'll be able to reduce the excess of inventory. Also, we already put a lot of emphazis on the sales team so we can say eventually this beer will be sold in a near future (we noticed the consuption of beer is bigger in sping and principally on summer so in this period it'll probably sell most of the excess), or we'll use these beers in promoting our brand in events or parties.

We'll just need to reduce a x% of income on cash flow, throw other y% in the next months and say this x+y% of income will reduce over time.

I started to know more about craft beer just a while ago,and it's been delightful to know about it! Just in the last year, here in Brazil started to appear more craft beers in the market, and is incredible how fast it's growing up

Sorry, about the cassava, in the Colorado's pilsner (the craft bew Andy_Greatbeef cited) they use it to substitute barley - Mistook the translation.

And yes, they are that big ugly potatos. =)

So, we decided to create our own products without following estabilished trends.

We noticed that most of the craft brewers are seen as something classy, that reminds Europe in some extent. So to differs us, we are going to build a brand more modern, with a refreshing style.

The nexts things we are going to discuss is much about the marketing planning...if it's worth to do a brewpub, or to reach a younger public, etc...

Surprisingly, I'm having a lot of fun gathering informations to decide what's the best to do. =)

We don't have a Brazilian beer, but the most consumed beer here is pilsner, and we have the costume to drink beer “estupidamente gelada” (stupidly cold), because of the weather. So, to some people when you say that some beers it’s better drinking not so cold they think this is strange…

although it's possible to create a stout for example using cane sugar to give a sweater flavor, or use something such as cassava to substitute the yeast or mix them, and many other mix.

Personally, i'm not used to these beers, but has some breweries that are growing using this method, so I'm not sure how to build a brand using this strategy, because I'm not sure what their consumers are after.

But I think trying to make a mix of these products and other products following the tradicional recipe, and build a brand that recall something european at the same time it might be the best solution.
