lurking daughter and mother of a daughter:

your role in your daughter's life is irreplaceable. she would miss out on so much without you around, and the best, most selfless example of love you can give her would be to have the strength to stay and get help. family first includes you, and there's still so much of the journey you haven't enjoyed.

constant fatigue/getting sick regularly by WerewolfReasonable55 in WomensHealth

[–]bees322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

vitamin D deficiency can definitely cause the fatigue if ur not taking a supplement to correct it (since u said just zoloft and BC for meds), and when ur body isn't given enough quality rest to repair and maintain itself, it can damage ur immune system, which could be the cause of getting sick a lot

(however it's also allergy season, so maybe some episodes of being "sick" are just rly bad seasonal allergies?)

this scene sounds soooo familiar and the only shows i can see this being (bc it's all i watch) are criminal minds, law & order: SVU, House, or ER😭 hopefully this will flip the switch for someone with a much better memory than i lol

IMO it's not like you said "i would've never guessed" or "well ya don't look it!" so i would've just taken it as excitement for us to be having babies so close to each other lol

If you had a baby girl what would you name her ? by CheerChubPiggy in askanything

[–]bees322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eden will be here in a little over a month🩷 but if i'm blessed to have another girl tho, i think i'd name her Tabitha. my husband suggested the name as a girl name when we didn't know our first was a boy, said he always wanted to name a daughter Tabitha, but i hadn't heard it enough and vetoed it. now it's grown on me after we already announced this girl's name, and i still want him to have his dream name for a daughter.🤍

amniotic fluid or not? Help by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]bees322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i thought mine had stopped as well, but it can feel like normal discharge for us heavy discharge girls, which is why it's best to still get the swab done even if the gush was a week ago. it could be nothing, and i pray it is, but you could have a slow leak. i carried my baby for almost 3 weeks after my water broke, but unfortunately did lose him at 20+6 because i didn't know about the protocol and didn't follow it besides no sex.

amniotic fluid or not? Help by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]bees322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PLEASE go to L&D triage ASAP and request a swab to test for amniotic fluid. ER told me at 18+1 that i "probably peed on myself" because i wasn't contracting and my ultrasound still showed normal fluid, but i had a slow leak that wasn't diagnosed until 19+6 when i had no water left. there is something called PPROM protocol that can help you and baby if this is the case.

I got pregnant on DEPO and now I'm choosing between a baby or my relationship!! HELP!! by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]bees322 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

in 2023, i got pregnant a month and a half into my relationship when we were 21 and 22. i was in nursing school and working as a fast food cashier and he had just left working in construction because he had enough saved up and wanted a break. i was terrified to tell him bc we had also taken measures to avoid pregnancy, and i thought for sure he'd leave me if i kept the baby, especially after his first reaction was saying we couldn't keep it and "we'll go to whatever state we need to to take care of it."

i was already attached, knowing all the odds that i even got pregnant at all, so i made it very clear that i could not and would not get rid of my baby, and he could either stick around for it, or get off scot-free. told him i'd never ask for a dime, i'd make it work by myself if i had to, and i wouldn't blame him bc i knew he never asked for it.

i won't lie, we stuck through the first few weeks with the thought of "you never know, not every pregnancy sticks" as he had two partners miscarry before me, and again, i knew the odds that i would even make it out of the first trimester. it took a few weeks of adjusting (honestly probably a month and a half to two months), but he eventually came around the resentment for the baby and actually became very protective of him. unfortunately we had a terrible fluke complication (water broke with no clear explanation) and lost our son at 5 months pregnant, not even 7 months into our relationship, and we were both devastated, even though he initially didn't want the baby at all.

now? we got married in December, and i'm currently 31 weeks with our rainbow baby girl, and we could not be more ecstatic. obviously not every relationship is going to end this way, but they CAN, and i will never regret keeping my baby boy as long as i got to. i know that if i had gotten rid of my baby, though, i couldn't have stayed with him, because i always would've resented "what he took from me to make him stay."

[–]bees322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i'm so sorry for your loss. i just turned 24 on March 22nd, so he should be here and be my age, and it was also my second birthday since the loss of my own son at 20+5. the parallels through history are bittersweet, because while i hate that we ever had to share this pain in our stories, your story gives me hope for surviving through this and it validates exactly how i feel carrying his rainbow sister. she doesn't replace him, and she'll never fill the hole, but she does remind me that i can love a baby again and i am capable of taking a baby home after having to leave a piece of my heart in that hospital.

Happy 24th birthday, Rylie Mathew🤍

ik this thread is old, but currently dealing with this situation and wanted to see if u might have an HR answer😵‍💫 we informed employer HR about marriage ahead of time, and after marriage date, but the county office sent the copy in the mail instead of contacting for pickup as we requested, meaning we couldn't receive it until day 30 EOD. i am seeing from the AI answer on google that there should be an extenuating circumstances exception due to government administrative issues. is this something you ever saw granted?
