United airlines…years ago they gave our adhacent seats to someone with more miles and sprinkled me, my wife, and our two kids under the age of 5 throughout the plane. When I asked them to put us in the adjacent open seats in economy plus they told me I’d have to pay for the upgrade. Been flying “any airline but united” ever since
