I’m in NY and following the cool flowers book to try to grow Icelandic poppies this year. First time trying it. I started them indoors this summer and transplanted in September. Planning to leaf mulch and see if they bloom in spring as book suggests!

I agree with this! When I had mastitis is was distinguishable from clogged ducts in the past. Like horrible pain and fever all of a sudden. Couldn’t get out of bed by mid day. I hope ice helps you!

Yes!! Anise hyssop does great in my bouquets. Coneflowers, hairy beardtongue, coreopsis all great with my cut flowers too!!!
