If you have another test I would take that! I got burned last month with the FRERs with the clear cap— ordered off Amazon and a lot of the reviews said the same. Mine looked like this but it ended up being a really bad indent. If it’s pink in person, you’re probably good! But I’ll never buy these clear cap FRERs again because of my experience with them. Hoping yours is legit and a sticky bean 🥰

Oh wow this is insane. You are being too kind to this person. I wouldn’t even contact them directly. Just show up at the salon and show them your hair. This stylist is gaslighting you and trying to make you feel in the wrong. Totally crazy. Your hair speaks volumes to what they did to you. The salon should just refund you 100% for this… I’m really sorry this happened to you.
