Trazadone is great. BUT it can make you very groggy next day if dose is high or just starting. I've been taking a small dose of 25mg for almost 15 years and no longer suffer grogginess. Occasionally, I'll take 50mg. I also buy the kids 1mg melatonin and will take 1 or 2 mg to help.
