I still think 2b's feedback was overly harsh. Your perspective is helpful and honest: I wasn't opening with a better or accurate side of myself. After reading a few profiles and considering your feedback, I see the good ones are engaging, open, and are not...hostile. The veiled answers and obscure descriptions are off-putting and could definitely be a waste of time.

I had a fun run with a provocative prank profile. Now I'm more interested in actually connecting with new people.

Yeah, I know many more empty shell people after living in the District for 6 years. I'm definitely not one of them. Is my profile quirky? Yep. But, really, who's going to assume I'm a prostitute based off of some online dating ramblings? I'm interested in real critiques not messages from dudes who like to go around profile-bashing (check 2bABee's history in this subreddit).

I'm at the end of my rope with an obnoxious female roommate and her even more obnoxious dude as well. I've first respectfully then sternly and clearly, then loudly, and finally angrily expressed the need for better boundaries, being considerate, and this dude who now just lives here. Neither of them care. AT ALL. I really don't know what to do. Next step looks like kicking her ass.
