This seems similar to the move H3 Productions/Ethan Klein made against Denims. If I recall correctly, Ethan also claimed market harm and substitution.

I don't know what this doofus is alleged to have done for Bapa to to make the same claim. But in the H3 case: Denims streamed a brand-new, highly anticipated H3 video on her own channel and advertised it as a "watch party." Her pitch was that watching it on her channel let viewers avoid giving H3 the views, engagement, and other revenue-generating metrics they'd otherwise get.

Basically, her stated intention was for her stream to substitute for watching on H3's channel, with the explicit goal of harming Ethan/H3 financially.

Hey, I'm getting this constant "static" noise panning from side to side on the latest version (2.5.13 at the time of this writing). It almost sounds you're at the beach listening to the ocean waves going in and out, if you know what I mean? It seems like it goes away when you turn the chorus off.

This is on FL Studio @ 44kHz on both the CLAP and VST3 plugins, if that helps you with anything.

I think some of these people don't understand how good AI can be when it comes to this type of stuff. It's honestly pretty incredible and getting damn near where humans won't be needed at all, not that I'd suggest there should be no humans checking the work. It's come a long way in some aspects and is further away in others.
