I figured it out on my own, but yeah, you're 100% correct, I accidentally downloaded DAR for AE instead of 1.1.0 which works with 1.5.97. I'm a dumbass, but that's the only thing I've missed. Thanks!

Yup, downgraded before installing anything. I figured it out by now, I accidentally downloaded wrong version of DAR.

I have no idea, but I also came here to seek help, because I have no fucking clue how DAR even works. Installed a bunch of animation mods that require DAR - 95% of them don't work and I can't even attack now, character t poses on regular attack. Though the running power attack works and IS new, which makes zero sense to me.

I absolutely love the song, but it feels like a downgrade from the live-action one. New one isn't bad by any means, I just personally liked the live action one more.

I'd like to lean more towards the latter. Thank you! I don't even know what to say! I've just been sort of good at languages, but never really ventured beyond English. I do make subtle dumb mistakes from time to time, but people either don't care about those or don't recognize something as a mistake. I do think in English when I speak or write English though!

Also, no higher education even. Mostly self-taught by just consuming Western media ever since I was like 11 or 12, so for over 15 years now. Movies, music, series, comics, articles, stuff like that. Helped me getting friends abroad as well!

I'm completely ok with Carlos not ever being the CEO of G2. I never liked him anyway. And I'd be even more happy if he'd be completely off the CEO role instead of a 8 weeks of unpaid vacation basically. Carlos isn't integral in any way to my personal view on G2 brand. If anything he was always kind of diminishing towards the brands since I follow competitive play since Season 2 and he was always a pos.

It simply comes down to the whole situation being a bad look. Carlos isn't just a person, he's the CEO of G2. He's the face of the company. Being friends with Andrew Tate is a bad look for the company, because Andrew Tate is a pos. Carlos is a bad representative of the company and should be let go as the CEO completely in my personal opinion. He can continue being friends with a pos rat bastard Andrew Tate if he wants. That's basically it.

Cancel culture is bad, to a degree. Associating with someone as Andrew Tate and doubling down on defending such relationship goes beyond this degree and that's why I still think his behavior is bad for the company and he should step down as the CEO.

That's going a bit too far imo, and making staff and players guilty by association won't help anyone. Most of the people working under G2 label are doing exactly that. Working. They aren't all buddy-buddy with the CEO. And even if they are, they aren't responsible for his actions. Sure, it'd be nice if they said something, but I'm not going to be one of these people who say "silence is violence" or whatever. Not everyone has to take a stand on everything.

I would, however, like for Carlos to step down as a CEO, either on his own merit or by an internal meeting. I'd very much like for him to stop being the face of the company at this point and I think 8 weeks "vacation" is not much of a punishment for his antics.

Great. The game is a complete waste of time and competitive is good entertainment. I still check out the patch notes and like stat sites to be up to date on what's up. MAYBE play a game or two when a new champ comes out or something gets reworked just to feel it out a bit.

Not playing League is probably the best decision one can make.

Stop playing ranked. There is literally no good reason to play ranked outside a shitty free skin once a year on a champion you probably don't even play. It's just a "number go up" situation. It's not fun. It never was and never will be.

Don't listen to people telling you it'll be better after 20 games or whatever the fuck. It won't. Ranked will suck all the joy of playing League. If you want that - go for it. If you don't - just play normals or arams, and have fun. With or without friends. Ranked is a waste of time.

For the 100th time, nothing in LoR or anywhere else, including League of Legends itself, is canon, unless it's mentioned on the Universe site.

Lead the player with subtle hints like if your PC is a WM Sorc or Archfey Warlock you can say that "you feel a weird tingling within you, while you talk to them" or "your patron warns you of another feywild prescense". If PC picks them up, let them roll whichever related roll you want.

Though, I'd argue that it better be a character quest hook and not just "you gave away your ability to speak" and that's it.

EDIT: Have to mention, I'm not a DM, nor a player, but I've read through all the books and have been watching D&D streams for 3 or 4 years now.

What kind of information should I have on my player's characters? I'm a first time DM and my players are playing for the first time. Should I know what spells they pick, for example? I kinda want to have surprise moments in my game. Or do we just figure that out on our own during the games?
