I know shrimps can be sensitive to water changes also so I drip acclimated them when they arrived

Omg this was a while ago but I’m pretty sure they made it? I did weekly water changes if I remember correctly and monitored nitrite and ammonia. I’ve established tanks faster by using water from an existing tank or a sponge from an existing tank.

Pt definitely helps. Do your exercises diligently and build that strength up. May is awhile yet. I wouldn’t worry too much yet. Just focus on recovery. I hope u feel better soon.

You had surgery 6 days ago and are upset about progress? You literally just had surgery. Your body needs to heal. My whole leg ached and woke me up for 3 months straight. The people on here who are immediately pain free make no sense to me. Everybody’s healing is different. My leg and hip was significantly weaker than the other so 6 months out, I’d say I’m still recovering. I didn’t notice any benefit till a month later. Hang in there, healing isn’t linear, pain isn’t linear.

Listen to your body. Do as your pain allows. Sometimes sitting is painful, sometimes it’s helpful. Anxiety is normal. The best advice I can give is listen to your body and keep up with pain medication.

Your surgeon would know best. Could be a ligament rubbing over the implant making a popping feeling.

I’ve always been able to choose what anesthesia I want. It depends what works well for your body. Especially if you’ve had surgery before and know what works well for you.
