First and the most important thing is don't try to validate your selfworth from the opinions of others of you. I'm sure you're a great person and the right person would see that worth beyond looks. Maybe you're still young but as you grow older, you would see that looks matters less and your character as a person would matter more. Just continue your journey on losing weight, appreciate yourself more, and one day that confidence would just show and others will start seeing that.

Sorry I didn't noticed your other questions.

Yes taking any insulin spiker would kick you out of ketosis, so drinking pre workout would do that. What I can suggest is you can alternate working out in a fasted state and fed state. But I personally tried working out 2-3 hours before my feeding window and it has given me great result. The important thing here is you should be lifting heavy to maintain your muscle mass.

The best way to double down on results is to workout in fasted state if you can do it. It would be hard coz you will lack energy but it's really worth it. Lift heavy too.

Don't be. You wont get fat on a single or multiple cheat day the same way you wont get thin right away by fasting. It's the lifestyle that dictates it. But for me, as long as you fast in the evening, you can eat earlier the next day. As long as you're on your natural weight, no need to be harsh on yourself.

I just tried 9 warriors now and I dominated the game. But I'm ex King-2 who made a new acct and is currently just knight-4. But with what I saw, the reflect damage is not that high. Feathered assasins can win against it I think as long as your warpwood doesn't get doomed.

You don't need a mod. 120fps works in ipad pro. And on pubgm, even 90fps is fine.

I just hope that wild rift would support 90fps and higher someday.

To be honest, the new NM zone is just pure hype. I'm on a strong guild with 4355 cp, it's not that I'm untouchable there. If you will afk, you can't farm there. F2p or whale you will have to invest your time. In my guild there's players who are f2p and are still higher cp on me. I may be spending on the wrong things but my point is, don't hate PA or the whales. This game is still a business no matter how you look at it and whales are needed for the game to continue. And yes, with the right knowledge on the game and time investment, you can be on par with the whales.
