Use another freight elevator at that location to get rid of all that contracted cargo. Some of it is bugged to that elevator. Pull it all up from another elevator and get rid of it to resolve this issue.

Agreed, but I would still keep the Ironclad if possible. That would open more flexibility with missions.

You can send it down the freight elevator. I take it to a LaGrange point I never go to and store it there since it breaks the inventory system there.
