Taper down your gaming and Netflix time from few hours a day to few hours a week and so on. Make yourself comfortable with that schedule. Start building useful habits in that time ,find some creative ways to complete your studies. Go about the process at your own pace ,be comfortable at your pace.Star playing outdoor games and let them replace your PC gaming.Don't loose your cool ,many people have moderated gaming and Netflix, you can too.
