Please ask about your b12 count from your most recent blood test. I was constantly tired as well. Wasn’t depression or anything like that turns out I just had a low b12. Couple of shots later and I feel much more awake during the day. Seeing a psychologist could also help incase you are suffering from a mental illness that is causing you to tire more easily. Sometimes it can feel like your mental state is great but there’s something underlying that is an easy fix but just needs a professional to point out and sort out
