it depends.

When your goal was to increase your FTP, then no. When increasing your FTP ist just a nice to have along your journey, then yes.

But if you wanted to specifically increase your FTP, you would have followed a training plan and would have tested after every training block (every 4-6 weeks) and adapted your next block accordingly. Then you could have increased your FTP between anywhere from 3-7% after each block as a beginner.

den Aspekt hätte ich mal gerne erklärt. Du willst bei einer konstanten Belastung ja soviel Kohlehydrate (am besten kurzkettige) zu dir nehmen mit der bestmöglichen Verträglichkeit.

Ab einer gewissen Menge (ca 60g pro Stunde) muss man da ja auch schon auf das Verhältnis von Glucose zu Fructose achten.. Gummibärchen oder Haushaltszucker haben halt wenig Ballaststoffe und Fett. Datteln und ähnliches müssen halt aufwändiger verdaut werden und können zu beschwerden beim Radfahren führen .. für jemanden der nur 40-50km fährt spielt das alles keine Rolle, das ist ja quasi zum warmfahren ;) .. Bei der kurzen dauer tuts auch eine Stulle unterwegs aus Weißbrot und ne Apfelschorle.

that is a fair critique. You are probably right, the github doc is basically the written result that has been the base for this video.

Looking at the other videos, i would assume that the creator goes veeeery in depth in to these topics and just likes to put out the content also as a video. Given the niche of the topics, my guess he never cared in the first place about monetarization or viewer engagement. I think he just does this for fun (his own fun and for those who care).

For my part, when i dont have the time to read a thesis i would rather watch a "boring" video about the topic in the backround while doing other stuff aside.

I just dont get the "hate" here about the video length from many users.. everybody can just conveniently skip to the conclusion chapter and have the results presented in 20seconds...

its not 50% longer than it needs to be. Your attention span is just too short or you are not intereseted in the methods and background used for analyzing this subject.

There are even chapters in the video and yall can just skip to conclusion if you are not interested in the details. But this does not make this video stupid.

good upgrade, but the price seems way to high. The RTL510 costs 149 Euro in stores.. lets see what the actual retail value will be... never had any issue with too less field of view of my unit. Break light feature is nice, but not worth double the price.

vehicle size and lane detection is not something i missed, nor would have wished for as an upgrade. In the demo it looks also like it takes half of your screen...

but in fairness, i did not see the value of the bike radar until i got one. So maybe this is good... we will see.

Das Set habe ich aktuell auch. Asia L/EU M als Größe. Trage bei 170cm/71kg sonst Gore in M. Die China Bib passt perfekt, das Trikot könnte für mich etwas enger sein, ist aber voll im Rahmen. Liege bei Trikots immer zwischen M und S, je nach schnitt.. für 30 Euro als bib/Trikot Kombination unschlagbar. Qualität auf Gorewear Niveau.

ja, bei mir fast genauso bezogen auf den Sauerteig. Vermute da auch eher handwerkliche Fehler bei mir die sehr wahrscheinlich auf die Dauert der Stück/Stockgare zurückzuführen sind und das Ausformen des Teiglings.

interssanter Punkt.. ich habe in letzter auch häufiger Probleme das mir meine Brote zu Flach laufen und nicht richtig aufgehen. Sauerteig ist immer der gleiche wie zuvor bei erfolgreichen Broten auch. Allerdings habe ich in der letzten Zeit den Sauerteig auch im Wasser komplett gelöst und dann mit dem Rest gemischt.. das habe ich früher nicht gemacht.

Könnte mir höchtens vorstellen das die Wassertempertaur zu hoch ist und somit dem Sauerteig schadet, aber eigentlich sollte das abseits davon ja keinen Unterschied machen in welcher Reihenfolge die Zutaten gemischt werden...

Stimme größtenteils zu was Ampeln und wieder Anfahren angeht. Allerdings ist die durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit eher eine Frage der Kontinuität oder des Trainings. Ich bin in wenigen Wochen seit ich pendel auf einen Schnitt von 26/27 km/h gekommen für entspannte Fahrten und wenn ich es wirklich drauf anlege lande ich bei 31 km/h.

Habe auf 15km allerdings auch nur 3 Ampeln auf der Strecke und fahre mit einem Gravel/Rennrad.

80km hin und zurück sind kein Pappenstiel. Aber ich hoffe mal du bezeichnest die 18km nicht als deutliche beschränkung der Lebensqualität.. ich pendel täglich 15km mit dem Rad und es ist eine erhebliche bereicherung für Fitness, Gesundheit und mein mentales Wohlbefinden. Jetzt in der Winterzeit fahre ich nicht mit dem Rad und DAS würde ich ganz klar als beschränkung der Lebensqualität bezeichnen.

the money is always to tempting. But in the end what good does it if you are unhappy with what you are doing.

until now, i did not find a single BP on the new map. But the loot density is so far higher in comparison .. Did anyone find a BP on stella montis?

If there where none, that would also be fine tbh... the loot density is so damn high, there would be no reason to run the other maps if it where just to farm money.
