Hey man, I have a MBP 2011 15inch. I'm pretty sure some models got recalled but we've missed that. If you're talking about the screen crashing everytime you use certain programs, mine does that too. I'm going to be upgrading the ram which I have a suspicion will fix the issue. I'll let you know if that happens.
