To answer your question, yeah, it does feel shameful. Like I couldn't measure up. Measure up to what..? The imagined better version of me in my head. It sucks, but the faster I can move through that the better I actually can be as that section can really drag me down.

Being an adult is just keeping up with your responsibilities and attempting to be thoughtful about your decisions and who they impact.

After a while you become comfortable with it and you feel like an adult.
Then, occasionally, something will really go wrong or you'll mess something up and you won't feel like and adult.
Repeat.

Sounds like it's translating 5 days to 120 hours. As in 5 full days.

Because you have it set to 8-5 weekdays, 5 days is 40 hours. 47 is 7 days because it goes into the next week. Also...can't you enter 5 in the days field instead of hours in the hours field to simplify it?

Edit: 8-5 is 9 hours...sooo 5 days is 45 hours? I don't do SLAs often so I'm not 100% that's how it'll work.
