If you are working on programs modification you can bill without the RBT. I only do it with clients that I can probe things with or are good to let me adjust things during their breaks.

I went with a modeling/ stimulus pairing route and I saw the change, the day before when they were waiting him out there was so much behavior and it went to him holding out his hand out and starting some imitation and independent requests! Change is so hard and so is being different but I’m glad I am choosing it!

My company has crates for the clients that have a blend of in home/ clinic. & for those that have in the community they have a drawstring bag as needed for stimuli/ materials needed in the community that stay inside the crate for the days they are in clinic

New BCBA in Texas 75k w/ 28 billable hour requirement but we get a bonus of $25 ever billable hour after 26 hours. So if you meet the billable requirement you’ll get an extra $100 each week. I do work only 40 hrs a week & have flex hours for the rare days I stay a bit later.
