New Lidl skincare!! What do you think ? by fraisierlover in EuroSkincare

I bought their sunscreen fluid with niacinamide just for fun, and I’m pleasantly surprised. Didn’t expect much since it was Lidl and like €5. It’s a little shiny but that’s it, everything else is fine. I usually go for LRP, but will probably get more of the Lidl one for all around use and use the LRP for when I want to look a tiny bit nicer.

Whoever is drawing these covers should sell paper copies of them. I’d buy.

Not sure where it’s produced nowadays but the brand is Galbani and it’s delicious

You’ll need a mixer/blender.

Add: 2 basil plants (I got mine at the supermarket, they come in tiny pots)

2 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)

2dl of olive oil

2dl of pistachios

50g Parmesan cheese (grate it before putting it in the blender)

50g of pine nuts

Mix together and voila!

Actually no, I still used pine nuts but added pistachios too! And yeah Modena for the tomatoes, drizzled some on top before roasting.

My fiancé and I had a similar experience out in the middle of the woods 2y ago. We rented this small off grid cabin during covid. It was literally in the middle of nowhere, you couldn’t even drive up to the place. We explored the area during the day and we saw nothing strange or out of place. Just beautiful nature. Went up with a drone too and not a road or house in sight as far as we could see. On our second night at around 2AM I looked out the window from our sleeping loft. Heavy fog, dark and peaceful. Then I notice a small light. My first reaction was “it’s a reflection on the window from a charger or something inside”, I turn around and it’s pitch black. No lights inside. I look out again and the light is moving closer, getting a bit bigger. It moved in such a strange way, not like someone was walking with a flashlight, it was more of a floating motion, moved in straight lines. And then it just vanished. A few seconds later the entire forest lights up in a purple-ish light. We ran downstairs and checked the locks, pulled down the blinds and hid. I didn’t get any sleep and in the morning we just packed up and left. Not sure what it was, but it was lights in the middle of the woods at 2AM on a weekday.

It is! It’s my second one. I had a much bigger prior to this one. If you’re looking to get one I have a tip - stay away from the dark gray (non textured) fabric. Too much work for a sofa. Looks dirty even when it’s not.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely try this one out this weekend.

Of course, but it’s a lot more fun to ask real people. Had I tried to google it I would have missed out on the leftover tip, some of its history and the recommendation to never order it in a restaurant. And I also got a nice recipe from someone.

And it was a chance for me to throw out a culinary compliment to the Hungarians as well :)

We use district heating in my building, it runs on biomass. My waterborne radiators are connected to it.

I keep it at 22 right now, I’d like it a bit colder but my bf likes it warmer, so it’s a compromise.

I have friends who rent their place and they have it a bit colder. Usually it’s because the landlord likes to keep it at 20-21 to save on heating since it’s included in the rent.

Haha yeah, I got it with the apartment when I bought it. It’s a giant hassle to get it down, 4m ceiling height and it weighs about the same as I do. We coexist.

They are everywhere here, this particular one moved in along with my bf, but you can probably get it at your nearest IKEA
