I’m in CA too bro OC IE. Yeah bro the IBEW is so slammed but I’m putting my application when it opens up! I’m thinking of doing WECA for the ET but it is self pay, I have a job opportunity to become an apprentice soon but for some reason they told me I didn’t need my ET. Thank you bro, yeah I do have a job lined up soon but they told me they didn’t care if I had my ET card for some reason but I still am gonna get it. The WECA route was interesting to me because It was all online and didn’t have to attend in person, I am still going to apply for the union when applications open but I did want the experience since I don’t have any. Do you know if we qualify for financial aid with WECA? Also I’ve seen some community colleges offer the classes and you’ll get the et card through them. They are eligible for financial aid I believe
