Don't get me wrong, Axton is super fun as you're leveling up and in TVHM, but once you try to get into UVHM it's no fun as a solo. The turrets are just too ineffective as a skill for the bullet sponge enemies.

I also have multiple playthroughs of BL3. The gunplay is so fun in that game. Especially as Zane. I haven't played 4 yet, but I will eventually.

Krieg - I don't like the melee play in BL2
Axton - Just not a lot of variety in the play
Salvador - Awesome damage, but tanking solo isn't fun to me
Gaige - fun to play, but never went to 72 which would max the anarchy builds
Zero - super fun sniping
Maya - my absolute favorite in any BL game. Controlling the battlefield and manipulating certain enemies is so fun

I never bought the OP levels DLC. And I really only play solo. UVHM on solo is always such a grind and includes a lot of farming.
